Strategically located within AEPZ, this upcoming 3-storied structure, including a basement, will stand on a robust raft-on-pile foundation to ensure structural durability and long-term stability.

Spanning approximately 67,000 square feet, the project will incorporate contemporary industrial standards while prioritizing efficiency, safety, and adaptability.
